My next step is to feel okay when I make mistakes or if learning gets hard. Did you like my blog post?

You have shared some good ideas about what thoughts make us go into the pit and what thoughts can bring us out again. Well done.

I love how you make yourself in the pit.
Maybe next time you could make yourself of you saying that you need help to get out of the pit.
How did you make yourself in that?
    Blog you later bye!
